Consistently looking for an opportunity to learn more and sharpen her current skills, Ana Munoz finds assisting people with their financial needs to be extremely rewarding. A senior home lending advisor with JPMorgan Chase Bank, Munoz started her career as a teller at a local credit union in 2014 and continued into the lending business to help educate and advise members of her community. “I enjoyed listening to the successful storihes of how my peers helped change clients’ lives,” she recalls. “I was determined to share the same stories of my own, and now I am able to do that.”

Munoz describes her business style as being educational, as she enjoys educating and advising people on financial topics. “Knowledge is power, and the more we know, the better we do,” she says. “My clients appreciate the way I explain the homebuying process, making it as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.” She has learned that hard work and professional connections are the key to success for herself, as well as her clients.

A member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Munoz also belongs to the Spanish Center of Racine and the Adelante Board. While crediting her success to her ability to communicate openly and honestly with her clients throughout the entire process, she is at the peak of her business in terms of production, customer experience and quality.

While Munoz thrives on assisting future homebuyers every step of the way, from before the application to during the process and even after closing, she’s still able to take some personal time to enjoy her hobby of photography.
