In just two years in the real estate business, Tyler Ramey has already seen his combination of market expertise, use of technology and relaxed style in working with clients earn him a reputation for providing exceptional service.
Ramey leverages tech tools such as Zenlist to give clients access to new listings, and he uses social media to build his brand. He grew up in the northern suburbs and has lived on the city’s North Side for more than a decade, which has given him an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market and the unique characteristics of each neighborhood.
Because he believes buying or selling a home should be an enjoyable and stress-free experience, Ramey likes to keep it fun. “I strive to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere throughout the entire process,” he says. “However, I never compromise on professionalism or quality, and I am dedicated to getting the job done right with a strong focus on attention to detail and process-driven efficiency.”
Preparation is key to helping Ramey’s clients achieve their real estate goals. Before getting started, he takes the time to sit down with them and discuss their goals, preferences and expectations for the buying or selling process “I make sure that they understand the entire process and what to expect at each step along the way,” he notes.
A member of the O’Connor Group at Dream Town Real Estate, Ramey believes the team approach adds value. “Being part of a team provides my clients a broader range of expertise and resources, and it can lead to more efficient and effective transactions,” he shares. “It allows me to provide clients with a higher level of service, as there are multiple people available to address their needs and concerns. This can include more flexibility for showings, appointments, quicker response times and a more streamlined and coordinated process.”
Most of Ramey’s new business comes from referrals. “I aim to build long-lasting relationships with my clients and exceed their expectations, creating a positive experience they are eager to share with others,” he explains.
