All of the brokers that make up The Gold Group @properties team live and work in their markets. Since 2013, The Gold Group has consistently ranked as Top Producers by the Chicago Association of Realtors and @properties. They serve buyers, sellers, developers and investors in the city, North Shore, southwestern and western suburbs, as well as Naples, Florida.

Team leads Kaylin Goldstein and Stefanie Campbell run a largely referral-based business, serving the friends, family and co-workers of past clients. “In this market, it is crucial to work with an agent who has experience,” says Goldstein. “Structuring the contracts and how they are presented in this market can make or break a buyer winning a home!”

Goldstein has enjoyed working with clients through all stages of their lives. After more than 15 years in the industry, she is always honored to help them purchase new homes to accommodate their growing families.

Hardworking and dedicated to making sure her clients have the best possible experience, Goldstein’s partner and sister-in-law, Stefanie Campbell, understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in a person’s life. “I’m not only there to guide them through the process but to provide support to them as well,” she says. “If I think a home isn’t a great investment, I’ll tell them. I never want them to feel pressured to buy something.” She also knows what it takes to rehab a home, which is helpful to clients looking to make improvements.

Goldstein and Campbell are joined by team members Jackie Luxem, Frankie DaPonte, Duval Williams, Kelly Dugan, Maggie Rees, Jovana Brenner, Monica Nunez and Crini Cieski.
