An entrepreneur at heart, Crystal Tran knew she wanted autonomy in her career. After becoming licensed, she learned the business while working for a top producer in Beverly Hills. Now with 11 years in real estate, she steers a team of like-minded professionals with creative problem solving and a keen eye for business. “As a team leader, I use my passion for coaching, marketing and technology to empower my teammates to reach their goals,” she says. Serving the city and many of its suburbs, the group possesses extensive market knowledge. In addition to Tran, other native Chicagoans on the team include Christopher Saucedo, Salma Torres and Nitasha Kassam–who speaks fluent Urdu and Hindi. Harmony Zhang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. The team also boasts four Spanish-speaking agents–Torres, Scott Gomez, Salvador Perez and Armando Zires. They have helped numerous bilingual families find their dream homes. Maximizing the use of everyday software suites, unique apps and high-end photography and videography on their website, the team’s willingness to lean into technology has been game changing. Having a fully developed website prior to the pandemic was pivotal, as it set the team ahead of the curve and allowed them to flourish as business turned digital. Expanding their footprint, they recently had the opportunity to successfully represent a luxury buyer for a new development in Miami.
The group is collectively embedded in the community in their spare time and many team members possess a penchant for fitness –be it through Kimberly Trefilek and Kevin Little’s biking and immersion in the outdoors or Little’s participation in triathlons. As a team, they enjoy working with charitable organizations and events including Humble Design, the Yhim Cancer Charity and the Imerman Angels Brunch Run 5K & Walk.
