Although Loreal Urso is a long-time lover of real estate, design and architecture, she spent 19 years in the corporate world as a finance manager before transitioning out of the field to raise her daughter. When it came time to return to work, she knew she wanted to try something new and followed her passion for real estate. “I absolutely fell in love with working with clients directly and helping them navigate the purchase or sale of one of their most important assets—their home,” says Urso.

Since starting her real estate career in 2016, she has worked with buyers, sellers and investors throughout the Chicago area. Urso knows all of Chicago, from growing up on the North Shore to now living in West Loop and having worked in the north and western suburbs. Because of her background, her analytical skills set her apart. “I am able to easily show my clients how the market is behaving and from there, develop a tailored strategy for pricing, marketing and negotiating” she says. Urso consults with each client to explain the process, set expectations and walk through current market data. Clients know her as an honest and caring professional who is equal parts patient, detail oriented and savvy. Her relentless dedication helped her triumph through the pandemic, outperforming her annual production each year.

A member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Urso consistently makes the group’s top-producer list, and has been awarded top producer annually since 2017. Her extensive experience and commitment to excellence lend themselves to a mostly referral and network-based business.

Urso is a major investor in the Realtors Political Action Committee. A horse trainer for the past 30 years, she enjoys quality time with her husband, Tony, and their nine-year-old daughter, Arianna. “She is the light of my life,” says the proud mom.
