Day to day, selling real estate is always different. That’s why Josh Krish has a passion for the industry.

“From the people you meet, to the properties you help clients buy or sell, it’s always changing. The possibilities for growth are endless,” says Krish, a real estate broker and founder of The Krish Group, Keller Williams ONEChicago & Keller Williams Milwaukee North Shore. With more than 16 years of experience in the industry, he serves buyers, sellers and investors in Lake Geneva, Milwaukee and the metropolitan Chicago area.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, he spent several years in Milwaukee and frequently vacationed in Lake Geneva — giving him an insider’s take on what makes those locations exceptional places to vacation or call home.

Krish takes a hands-on approach. From helping pack a U-Haul, to virtual tours of neighborhoods, to knocking on the doors of homeowners whose properties his clients have expressed an interest in, he does whatever it takes to help buyers, sellers and investors reach their goals. “Purchasing a new home can be stressful,” he says. “It’s my responsibility to alleviate that stress.”

Previous clients have noted that Krish provides an informative, seamless transaction in all stages of the process. He is patient, easy to reach and provides valuable insight when clients have a question that needs to be answered. 

Last year he hit a career high, helping nearly 30 clients buy or sell homes. He also became licensed in Wisconsin. “I’m always searching for talented people to join the team in Wisconsin and Chicago,” he says.  

In his free time, he competes in both triathlons and races, completing more than 40 in the past four years.
