Lake life enthusiast Jetta Grano says one of the best parts of being a Realtor is taking her boat out on the lake and seeing all the different houses she’s helped her clients attain. “There is a magic that happens at the lake, and it is so hard to put into words,” she says. “It’s more of a feeling and a state of mind.”
Grano’s grandparents purchased their home on Lake Delavan the year she was born, so she’s literally been on the lake her entire life. “That home was in our family for nearly 40 years and allowed four generations of our family to gather and enjoy all that lake life offers,” she shares. “Shortly after the sale of that home, my husband and I purchased a Delavan lakefront home about 20 doors down to continue our family tradition of lake life.”
Grano says her favorite part of her work is helping families realize their dreams of living on the lake.
“I always say, ‘No one ever regrets buying a lake house,’” she says, “If anything, my clients come back and say, ‘I can’t believe we didn’t do this sooner!’”
For the past two years, Grano has earned the D’Aprile Properties Black Key Award.
Despite her achievements in real estate, Grano can confidently say her biggest accomplishment is raising her two children, Reese and Dain. “It’s such a treat to see your children becoming successful adults,” she says.
