What most Realtors find daunting about the real estate profession — the ups and downs of the market, ever-changing trends to keep up with — Jess Izaguirre finds energizing. “I have always been fascinated by the real estate industry,” says Izaguirre, a member of the Romolo Group in the Bucktown office of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. “With my analytical mind, I relish the opportunity to dive deep into property values and market trends, and I find the challenges of the industry exhilarating.” Although she has only been in the business for two years, Izaguirre has hit the ground running, exceeding her first-year goal of $2.5 million by selling more than $5 million.

Izaguirre complements her enthusiasm for all things real estate with a sincere belief in the importance of adaptability. “Our markets are constantly changing,” she explains, “so we need to be able to shift quickly in line with new trends, regulations and technologies. Harnessing the ability to adapt allows me to pivot and find creative solutions to these challenges.”

A resident of Pilsen, Izaguirre considers herself an expert in her neighborhood, however, she loves working with clients throughout all of Chicagoland. She fell in love with the city when she first moved here to attend school over fifteen years ago. “I have lived in a multitude of different neighborhoods throughout the city since then, which has given me a comprehensive understanding of each neighborhood’s character and diversity.”

Clients often describe Izaguirre as “the complete package” — citing her polished demeanor, empathy, organized approach, unerring great advice and responsiveness to her clients’ needs. “I have always prioritized client satisfaction, which brings me great joy,” she says. “Nothing compares to the sense of fulfillment I experience when helping a client successfully navigate the complex process of achieving their real estate goals.”

Even after the deal is done, Izaguirre’s role in the lives of her clients is not over. “Many of my clients have formed long-lasting relationships with me,” she says. “They consider me a friend and advisor long after the transaction is over.”
