Growing up north of the city, Brooke Daitchman often visited open houses with her mother and could always recall the most intricate details. With this early exposure creating a lifelong love for real estate, Daitchman brings immense knowledge to the clients she has served across Chicagoland for nearly two decades. An expert communicator, she imparts valuable knowledge not just as a top broker, but as a long-time Chicagoan, homeowner and investor—personally skilled in renovation, rehabbing and flipping properties.
Daitchman long knew her sister, Daryl Ceaser, would make a great agent. “I was right, my clients love her and love working with her,” she says. She brought her sister on board seven years ago, and together the duo forms the Brooke Sells Chicago team. With an innate sisterly synergy, the team serves residential clients at all phases of their real estate journey.
Among the team’s most-valuable strengths are their resourcefulness and their service-centered mentality. A self-described “straight shooter,” Daitchman says, “Having a forthcoming agent who can help guide you, but also let you come to your own conclusions is extremely important.” Ceaser’s background in education and social work shape her interactions with clients. “I am very much motivated by a desire to help people,” she notes.
Be it their expertise or energetic dynamic, their approach is a winning strategy and yields largely referral-based and repeat business. The benefit of teamwork helps them keep up with the pulse of the market, while being a small team helps them pivot quicky for efficiency to best serve their clients. Last year, they successfully closed on a property that had been on the market for nearly a year. Once the owner sought representation by the team and took Ceaser’s advice, the unit sold above the listing price in less than a week.
Both lovers of travel, Daitchman is a proud new mom and looks forward to marrying her partner next year. Ceaser looks forward to realizing her pre-pandemic goal of traveling back to Asia.
