As regional president of Coldwell Banker Realty, Ayoub Rabah oversees the daily sales operation and development of more than 6,000 affiliated sales professionals across Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, Southeast Wisconsin, Michigan and Texas. Rabah was selected to serve in this capacity in 2018 and was listed in the Swanepoel Power 200 as one of the most powerful leaders in residential real estate in 2019.
Rabah is a dedicated leader who is heavily invested in the business success of the affiliated agents with Coldwell Banker Realty. After introducing a new leadership structure in 2020, he has seen the growth of a vibrant sales culture within the brokerage.
Rabah has spent more than a decade in real estate. Prior to coming to Coldwell Banker, he served as the senior vice president of marketing for Home Partners of America, where he was responsible for structuring and executing the organization’s marketing and new business development strategy for its investment portfolio, deploying over $4 billion in 40 markets. He played a critical role in the growth of the business, greatly increasing public awareness of the company. Home Partners was subsequently acquired by Blackstone for $6 billion.
As an agent, Rabah has sold more than $360 million in volume and has been recognized as a top-producing real estate agent by the Chicago Association of Realtors for more than 10 years straight. He was also ranked No. 6 for transaction volume in 2011 and No. 4 in 2012 on RealTrends’ The Thousand list. He holds a real estate license in 20 states.
Rabah grew up in Western Springs, Illinois, the hometown of Coldwell Banker’s Benjamin Banker. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Illinois State University and is pursuing his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
