Inspired by both his own experience purchasing a home and a friend’s success in the industry, Northrup began his real estate career in 2004. “I had purchased a condo unrepresented in 2000,” he recalls. “Once under contract, I quickly realized I didn’t have any idea what I was doing. Without the support and guidance of a Realtor, it could have ended poorly for me.”

In becoming a Realtor, he vowed to be a true advocate for his clients—both educating and servicing their needs—a promise he continues to keep.
