Luxury real estate specialist Afrouz Kameli got her start in the commercial real estate business working with developers. Interested in working more directly with clients, she transitioned to the residential sector, making it her area of expertise. “Working with people and finding them the home of their dream makes me so excited,” she notes. “That is my passion and what makes me wake up every morning and go to work for 12 hours every day.”

Kameli has lived and worked in DuPage County for 10 years and loves the peace and quiet of her small town and the surrounding communities. Her knowledge of the area, down to the subdivisions in each town, gives her a solid base for helping her clients make the best choices.

Over the past two years, Kameli has grown into one of the top producers at Baird & Warner. A member of the Chairman’s Club in 2021, she moved up to the Founder’s Club in 2022, the brokerage’s highest level of achievement.

Kameli’s work philosophy is based on two fundamental principles: patience and education. “Clients have to be educated about the market, get a good perspective of available choices and spend enough time processing the information in order to make an informed decision.” According to Kameli, “purchasing a home is a process, not an event,” so she gives clients the education they need and the patience they deserve to reach the desired outcome. “Patience turns an average realtor into a superstar,” Kameli proudly states.
