In the ever-changing real estate industry, John Noldan says, “You need to be well educated in your craft and willing to work hard while utilizing every tool and resource available to help your client.” Noldan has built his name on being able to get homebuyers with challenging files to the closing table. This ability sets him apart from the competition.
During his 20-year career, Noldan has received numerous professional accolades. The Illinois Mortgage Banking Association voted him Best in Business Loan Officer in 2015. He also made President’s (2011-2021) and Chairman’s Club (2015-2021) at Guaranteed Rate. Scotsman Guide has named him an award winner for the past 12 years.
Noldan prefers a professional-yet-casual approach to conducting business and insists on being transparent and available to clients. “I encourage them to ask questions and let them know they can contact me any day of the week with additional concerns,” he says. In turn, clients praise his work ethic. “Nothing is worse than being kept in the dark about the status of a loan or what steps need to be taken to solve a problem,” he says. “We vow to make the client’s experience as expedient, effective and straightforward as possible.”
The close communication Noldan and his team enjoy also benefits those they serve. “We work under the same roof,” he says. “I can communicate with them immediately, which streamlines and expedites loan processing. We have an abundance of resources for overcoming obstacles and ensuring the efficiency of the loan process.”
Noldan also enjoys supporting local community organizations and school programs. “Hosting fun events is a great way to turn clients into friends while helping great causes,” he shares. Noldan received the Cpl. Patrick W. O’Reilly Award this year from Support Over Stigma, an organization that helps active and veteran military members cope with PTSD. With help from the community, Noldan organized over 1,000 care packages to be shipped from his office to active military overseas and local veterans.
