After 18 years in real estate, Jeff Proctor has established a reputation as a professional and extremely knowledgeable broker who gives first-class support to his clients from beginning to end.
Proctor was inspired to become an agent thanks to his mother’s success in real estate. Intrigued by the possibility of creating client relationships and getting to use his negotiation skills, he became licensed and started to build what is now known as the J Proctor Group with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate.
Proctor’s main focus is the Chicago market, due to his past work on new developments in the area and the large client base he amassed while living and working downtown for 13 years. His markets opened up when he and his family moved to Elmhurst and got a taste of the western suburbs. Over the past four years, he has increased his business by 30% thanks to the addition of clientele in the western suburbs and the North Shore.
Proctor has consistently ranked in the top 1% of the Chicago Association of Realtors over the past 12 years and has produced over $400 million in sales in the past six years alone. He was also listed as one of Crain’s Chicago Business’ Notable Real Estate Brokers in 2019.
