Jake McClure, team leader and real estate broker for the Burling Square Group at Fulton Grace Realty, has been helping families find their dream homes for just over nine years. “Home ownership is a big part of the American dream,” he says. “And I love helping people find a home they truly want to live in.”

With a business style that’s straightforward and systems driven, McClure seeks to give his clients the most efficient and personalized service possible. “Strong systems allow me to do less admin work and spend more time with clients one on one,” he says. “Having a solid group of agents has allowed the team’s operations to flourish and help more clients than ever before.”

Recognized as the Rookie of the Year at Fulton Grace Realty in 2019, McClure’s brokerage-side career started off strong and hasn’t slowed down yet. He already garners most of his business through referrals and past clients, which he says is a result of keeping in touch with those he has previously helped. Additionally, McClure isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. “I’m sending the mailers, calling other brokers and working the open houses.” he says. “I care about the property, and I care about the client.”

When he isn’t working to grow his business and amplify his team’s successes, McClure is a staunch supporter of the Shriner’s Children Hospital of Chicago. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and children, who love visiting Chicago’s North Shore, and going to local beaches, parks and restaurants in the area. “I love nothing more than spending time with family,” he says.
