With a steady hand and casual sophistication, broker Jack Brennan works to create authentic relationships with clients while using his in-depth knowledge of the Chicago market to guide transactions.
Brennan grew up in and around the western suburbs of Chicago, so he’s been fully immersed in the culture and community of the area his entire life. “A major component of my brand is authenticity,” Brennan says. “And that’s the exact definition of my connection to the areas in which I serve: It’s authentic.”
Brennan got his start in the real estate industry nearly five years ago, after earning his business degree. He says he learned the industry from “class acts” who showed him the ins and outs of the business. “It exposed me to the good, the bad and the ugly,” he says. “It allowed me to craft a truly unique approach that now enables me to navigate the waters with my clients in a way that I feel positions them to have the best experience, throughout the process and beyond.”
Within the past year, Brennan set two record sales for sellers in Burr Ridge, including a $2,249,000 sale that reset a 15-year lapse in luxury transactions. “As a young broker, one of the initial codes to crack is credibility,” he says, noting that he’s proud his record-breaking sales helped bolster his reputation in the Chicago real estate market.
Brennan additionally serves as a board member for The Community House Hinsdale—the youngest board member in the organization’s 80-year history.
