With a whopping 66 years of combined experience to offer clients, Jennifer Hernandez, Glenn Crowner and Riccardo Wardlow have everything it takes to assist their clients with FHA Lending and Renovation loans.

Hernandez has been named in the top 1 percent of loan officers in the U.S., Scotsman Guide’s Top Producer, FHA’s Top 50 in the nation, and the National Association of Real Estate Professionals’ Top 250 Producer. LoanDepot also named her Chairman’s Mortgage Executive Top 1 percent in the country and Top Woman Originator. Clients praise her for going above and beyond to make their dreams a reality. She’s also known for saving deals and finding solutions for issues. “I believe that my life experience is what sets me apart from the competition,” she says. “It’s also my passion for helping others. It’s directly aligned with who I am and the impact I want to make.”

Crowner is a NAREP member focusing on processes and procedures for future growth. His kindness and expertise get transactions done. “Everything is about customer service,” he says. “You must differentiate yourself from the others.”
