Market knowledge is Beth Repta’s superpower. Her ability to analyze market data and present it in a way clients understand makes her an agent clients love to work with.
Repta has lived in McHenry County for twelve years. Through a high level of involvement in the community, she learned about the people, the culture and what makes each individual neighborhood special. She now leads a team of six agents, including two buyer’s specialists, a marketing manager, a listing manager and a director of client services and transactions. Repta herself serves as the team’s listing specialist.
She has been recognized as the No. 1 Realtor in Cary, Illinois every year since 2017 and in the top 5 in McHenry County. In addition, the Repta Residential team ranks in the top 1.5% of all small teams in the state.
Leading a team of dedicated agents has allowed Repta to provide the best possible service for her clients, especially within the past two years. “Having team members who specialize in either helping buyers or helping sellers was essential for our clients to get that first house, make the best offer and beat out the multiple-offer situations,” she says. “Having that focus helped us move faster than the market was moving.”
While Repta’s clients appreciate her commitment and market knowledge, she says her favorite feedback to receive is from her daughter’s friends, who always want to know if she’s “the lady on the billboard.”
Committed to giving back to her community through philanthropy, Repta has made contributions of over $13,000 to organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County, CASA of McHenry County, Service League of Crystal Lake and the Cary Park Foundation to name a few.
