Smart, sophisticated and fun, Anna Fiascone and Natalie Ryan, Realtors at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, are a dynamic duo whose innovative and communicative approach to navigating the Chicago real estate market guarantees client satisfaction. “We are astute negotiators and try to be as creative as needed when cultivating a transaction,” says Fiascone. “We are trusted advisors who are relatable and approachable. Communication is constant. We make the home-selling process run smoothly with as few surprises as possible.”
A lifelong lover of real estate, Fiascone has worked in the industry her entire life. After getting her first license at 18 and graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law, she practiced commercial real estate law for many years. Motivated by her love for business and appreciation of fine homes, she has now been selling real estate in the western suburbs for over 11 years. Experienced in advertising, sales and marketing, Ryan was drawn to real estate by the exciting and gratifying work of the industry. With deep roots in the Midwest, she has a wealth of knowledge and love of the area and enjoys helping clients acclimate to their new surroundings.
Both Fiascone and Ryan are members of the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Independent Builders and Real Estate Services. Despite launching their partnership a little over two years ago, they have achieved significant growth and received multiple awards, including the 2021 BHHS Office Leaders Award and the 2021 BHHS Best of the Best Award. They also won the Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent Award and were recognized for being in the top half of the best 1% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Realtors nationwide.
When not serving the needs of her real estate clients, Ryan very much enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering, as does Fiascone. While they enjoy working together, Fiascone and Ryan also enjoy serving their community together and recently co-chaired the Children’s Home & Aid annual Derby Day fundraiser.
