Building long-lasting relationships is what Alison Stogsdill strives to do, while providing the highest level of service on every transaction. As the assistant vice president and executive account manager at Chicago Title, Stogsdill offers title and escrow services for both residential and commercial clients including attorneys, realtors, lenders and developers throughout the Chicagoland area.
Joining the real estate industry and Chicago Title in 2015, Stogsdill immediately proved to be an asset and was named Chicago Title’s Rising Star in 2016. “I feel so fortunate to be working for the market leader and to be surrounded by so many experts that I can learn and grow from each day,” she says. “I truly love what I do and couldn’t imagine working in any other industry.”
Over the past six years, she’s consistently ranked among the top 1 percent of sales representatives in the nation, earning her a steady stream of referrals from clients who can vouch for her tenacity, enthusiasm and ability to handle any challenge thrown her way.
Citing her collaborative approach, Stogsdill sees her success as a reflection of not only her hard work, but the dedication of those around her. Chicago Title’s technology allows their business partners to stay ahead of the curve and expand their business. “We have recently made enhancements to our ordering platform, rolled out a mobile earnest money program and released an app that keeps everyone in the real estate transaction up to date on closing milestones,” Stogsdill explains.
This year, Stogsdill completed her second term on the Chicago Association of Realtors Foundation Board of Trustees. She supports Face the Future Foundation, Cradles to Crayons and Chicago Lights.
