Her clients now include the agents at Coldwell Banker Realty – Oak Park, where she is the assistant branch vice president. Her goal as a leader is to create a team of highly professional and ethical agents who can help their clients with the same level of service she created for her own clientele.

Royal is deeply committed to setting high standards in the real estate industry and keeps a watchful eye on legislative initiatives and issues that impact both agents and the public. She is the 2021 President for the Illinois Women’s Council of Realtors, and she sits on the boards of Illinois Realtors and the Chicago Association of Realtors. In 2020, she chaired the Affordable Housing Committee for Illinois Realtors and is on the 2021 Housing Opportunity Committee for the National Association of Realtors. Royal is a Crystal R, President’s Circle Major Investor to RPAC and serves as the federal political coordinator to Congressman Danny Davis of the Illinois 7th Congressional District. She has also earned numerous awards, including the 2020 CAR President’s Award and the Illinois Realtors Presidential Medallion.

Royal earned degrees in management and criminal social justice and currently holds several designations and certifications, all of which demonstrate her ongoing commitment to her career. Royal is a graduate of the 2019 1st Inaugural Women’s Council of Realtors Leadership Institute and a graduate of the 2018 Illinois Realtors Leadership Academy. She is honored to be accepted into the 2022 NAR Leadership Academy, a program that will elevate her teambuilding, mentoring and motivational skills as a manager with Coldwell Banker.
