Fresh out of college, Tiffany Vondran worked as a real estate paralegal. Her interest in real estate took her on her current journey of becoming a successful and reputable agent in Chicago.
Vondran, a real estate broker with Fulton Grace Realty, is diligent in following up and keeping in touch with clients. Over 90% of her business comes from referrals of past clients and repeat clients. Although most of the transactions she has closed over the past 13 years have been with first-time homebuyers, between dedication and follow-up, most of her clients have returned for her outstanding customer service and attention to details.
“Earlier this year, I closed a $1.7 million deal with a past renter who has been a client of mine for five years,” she recounts. “I assisted them in finding their first two apartments together when they were newly dating, then in purchasing their condo where they got engaged and married. This year they sold their condo and purchased a luxury home, where they have since gotten a dog and plan to start a family. It’s stories like this that I love and encourage me to continue building relationships with my clients.”
Well-versed in the city’s neighborhoods, Vondran handles a majority of transactions in Bucktown, Wicker Park and Lincoln Square. Ranked the No. 1 top-producing agent at Fulton Grace in both March and the first quarter of 2021, she stays top of mind with clients by hosting events and reaching out on birthdays.
In 2019, Vondran started an annual Christmas toy drive for Comer Children’s Hospital, a personal dedication to her niece, who was diagnosed with leukemia at age 4. By attending multiple core leadership workshops, she is always finding ways to educate herself and become a stronger Realtor to give her clients the best service. To unwind, she enjoys photography, traveling and competing as a professional pool player. Vondran was named MVP in 2018 and competed in the 2018 and 2019 World Pool Championships in Las Vegas.
