Sara Press, Realtor

d’aprile properties

Realtor Sara Press of d’aprile properties had a love of moving long before she worked her way into the real estate game. After making several moves of her own, as well as helping friends and family, Press decided to make a career out of helping others find the homes of their dreams. Having been a Realtor for over five years now, she still retains the same passion for people and real estate that first prompted her to make it her profession.

“It’s so much more to me than just a transaction,” Press insists. “I’m not primarily in this business for financial gain. As my clients will attest, I genuinely care about the experience that they have.”

Park Ridge is home base for Press professionally and personally, but she has sold all over the Chicago area. Her specialties include finding off-market properties, as well as pricing, negotiation and working with first-time homebuyers. Single-family homes make up the largest percentage of her sales, but she’s very experienced in working with condominiums too. Whatever her clients are looking for, Press will see their desires met and satisfaction exceeded.

“From my luxury buyers to my first-time homeowners, my elevated level of service is experienced throughout my wide range of clients,” she promises.

Press adapts her business style to suit the needs of her clients but always keeps it professional and fun. With her confidence and expertise, as well as her friendliness, she guides clients through the entire process, assisting them as they make important decisions. She’s not afraid to step up for them when things get tough, either.

“I fight for my clients every step of the way,” she explains, “and I dedicate a lot of time and energy to every client to assure they have my full support throughout the whole process.”

That’s why clients call her “Sara Press Persistent.” Her strategy has paid off even during the pandemic, leading her to secure wins for clients more often than not in multiple-offer situations.
