Lyn Wise, Broker

For both buyers and sellers, @properties broker Lyn Wise is a dedicated professional. She is committed to a full-service approach, offering comprehensive plans to ensure successful transactions for her clients. Her specialized process means personally showing homes she lists, developing individual marketing plans for sellers and using targeted outreach to find buyers their dream homes.

“I have been in the business for a number of years, and I feel this type of service makes a big difference for my clients,” Wise says. “My goal is to make the transaction stress-free and instill confidence in my clients so they know they are being represented to the greatest extent possible. My objective is to provide knowledge and direction, while at the same time being responsive, patient and kind.” Wise’s clients often walk away feeling they have made a true friend.

A 2020 @properties Road to Rolex winner, Wise says that regardless of her talents, such as negotiation skills and pricing insight, true success requires a foundation of sincerity and compassion. “That’s the stuff you can’t fake.” Clients acclaim her work ethic and character for this very reason.

The past year brought Wise challenges well beyond the pandemic. “My son Alec lost a two-year battle with brain cancer earlier this year,” she recounts. “We left no stone unturned, traveling the world searching for solutions. My professional success this past year pales in comparison to the personal battle Alec fought. I am extremely proud of what Alec accomplished, professionally and individually, in his 28 years. I consider myself lucky to have been able to rely on friends, family and the support of my husband and sons. I chose to forge ahead with strength, propelled by Alec’s legacy.”

Despite the trials 2020 brought, Wise broke a professional record of over $12 million in sales and is aiming to double that amount in 2021. “However, it wasn’t about that number but the perseverance it took to get there.” Today Wise chooses joy and celebrates the memory of her son through the character and dedication she brings to her work and family. “If he can fight a dire diagnosis, there’s nothing real estate can throw at me that I can’t handle.“
