For Josh Wiedow, making personal connections is something that comes naturally. “Before getting into real estate, I spent fourteen years as a personal trainer at Equinox,” he says. “I learned how important it is to build and maintain relationships. Many of my clients have since become friends, and that means a lot to me. I want the same from my work in real estate. For me, this isn’t just business; it’s personal.”

Wiedow lived in Old Town/Gold Coast for years and recently moved to Lakeview with his wife Holly and daughter Amelia. It’s his years of residency around the city that has made him an expert on the unique qualities each of these neighborhoods afford — from the Gold Coast, River North and Old Town to Streeterville, the West Loop and West Town; from  Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Lake Shore East to the Loop. “I think I have a special feel for matching the needs of my clients with the home that will be serve them best,” he says.

Wiedow is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, as well as the Baird & Warner Vice Presidents Club. “Selling or purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will make in life. I get tremendous satisfaction from facilitating these decisions and making my clients’ dreams come true.”
