Driven by her altruistic nature, Jill Collins is always ready to lend a hand. “Real estate combines my two passions: helping others and nurturing relationships,” says Chicago native Collins, a broker with Coldwell Banker Realty. Working with residential clients of all ages and incomes, she specializes in securing the highest prices for her sellers and best deals for her buyers.
Appreciated for her diligence, transparency and amiability, Collins is as personable as she is knowledgeable and strengthens her customer-first approach with keen market insights and a data-driven process. “Clients receive the same service from me whether it’s on a rental or a million-dollar listing,” she insists. “For me, it’s about my natural passion for wanting to help people.”
A former telecom engineer in corporate America, Collins entered the real estate industry six years ago after spending more than a decade as a stay-at-home mom. Quickly climbing the ranks at d’aprile properties, she earned Top Producer status there in 2020 before transferring to Coldwell Banker Realty in Arlington Heights in February 2021. While at d’aprile properties, she also garnered the Key Award for sales in 2018 and 2019, as well as the Dharma Award in 2017 and Homesnap’s Excellence in Client Service award in 2020.
Collins is a National Association of Realtors Certified Staging Consultant, Pricing Strategy Advisor and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. In addition to running a full-time real estate business by herself, she is a staple in her community, has been the vice president of the Ways and Mean PTA and is involved with the Parent-Teacher Organization for her son’s high school. She’s also the founder of a booster group for the high school’s theater. Having participated in Ninja Selling training twice, she is a proud member of Ninja Nation and loves being a part of the National Association of Realtors.
