As a residential broker and certified staging consultant with d’aprile properties, Martini is a full-service luxury agent, specializing in property valuation, market analysis, staging and preparation in Chicago, Elmhurst, Park Ridge and the surrounding suburbs.
Martini has lived throughout the city and suburbs, combining her personal and professional experience to educate her clients on the state of the present market, as well as trends that will affect future transactions. “I consider myself the support system for all of my clients.” she says. “Everything I do is motivated by wanting my clients to accomplish their goals and experience a seamless transaction, regardless of market conditions or common hurdles that we easily overcome with the network of professionals I work with regularly in the industries of real estate and design.”
Before becoming a luxury residential broker, Martini held a corporate position. While corporate America was fulfilling, Jessica’s drive and entrepreneurial instincts drew her to a profession that would allow her to scale her career so that her long-term goals were in alignment on a daily basis. With the combination of corporate experience, a degree in psychology and a talent for design, the natural fit became obvious.
Martini has since become a mentor to her colleagues. “Many agents have helped me grow, and I love being able to pay it forward,” she explains, adding that “the ability to give back to the culture within our company and clients is a continual reminder of how much collaboration, communication and community mean to me.”

In 2020, she was honored to receive the d’aprile properties Develop Yourself and Others award and has received recognition from Chicago Agent, Marquis Publishing and Continental. Martini is a member of National Association of Realtors and Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.
