After building a new-construction home, Cindi Sodolski became hooked on real estate. The joy of picking out finishes and working with designers and developers was thrilling for her.
For the past nine years, Sodolski has shared that excitement with buyers and sellers. An award-winning Realtor, Sodolski, president of the Cindi Sodolski Group, Compass, has appeared on HGTV’s House Hunters twice and hosts a video series, Cindi and the City (www.cindiandthecity.com), that provides insight on Chicago’s wonderful neighborhoods.
“My clients and I have great fun on our search for homes,” she recounts. “I am a big believer in enjoying one of the biggest decisions in life!”
Sodolski assists first-time to luxury buyers and sellers, developers and investors searching for properties or land in Chicago. “I work mostly by referral and repeat business and give 100% on every deal,” she says. “No matter what the price point is, every client is a luxury client to me.”
Named among Chicago magazine’s top 100 real estate agents in the city, Sodolski has also received the publication’s Five Star Real Estate Agent award, been heralded as one of America’s Best Realtors by Newsweek, been awarded the Excellence in Client Service award by Homesnap and also won awards, annually since 2013, from the Chicago Association of Realtors for volume and units sold.
Personable, transparent and always available to answer clients’ questions, Sodolski has systems in place to keep every transaction organized and seamless. What’s more, she leads a team of agents with various backgrounds, such as accounting, lending, trading and operations, who add value to the sales process. She also is an expert on the city and its schools, as her four children all graduated from Bell Elementary School and went on to selective-enrollment Chicago public high schools.
Sodolski has been a resident of North Center for more than 17 years. A community volunteer, Sodolski supports many local charities and neighborhood organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and new puppy, Archie.
