Specializing in single-family homes and condos within the northern and northwestern suburbs of Chicagoland — and, as of 2020, Florida — Woods applies her expertise as a Certified Staging Consultant and Pricing Strategy Advisor to ensure a successful transaction. “I’m able to create an individualized experience that’s both positive and fun while staying professional and reliable,” she says.

Joining the real estate industry in 2005 after a career as a regional sales manager for a large rental car company, Woods translated her passion for architecture and her personal experience living in Arlington Heights, Bucktown, Lakeview and Old Irving Park into establishing herself as one of d’aprile properties’ top producers. “Between working here and being an active member of this community, I have a multifaceted view of the local market,” she remarks, noting how she, herself, has been both a buyer and seller and knows the mental toll the process can take.

Outside of work, Woods loves to travel, play golf, cheer on her youngest son at his sports games and visit her oldest son at college in Florida.
