In sales, the old adage that team is an acronym for “together each achieves more” is truly the case at The Huls Group with @properties. Clients benefit from having access to each team member to serve as a guide, educator and advocate for them throughout the transaction process.
Broker Anna Huls, a Chicago Association of Realtor’s 2020 Top Producer, leads The Huls Group team, which includes broker Ryan Compton Main and Anna’s brother, broker Valentine Mayer. “I enjoy the mix of people I work with and look at every transaction, no matter the price range, with the same excitement,” says Huls, who assists buyers, sellers and investors, from first-time to move-up, in Logan Square, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Avondale and other surrounding North Side neighborhoods. She made the switch to real estate after holding various positions in the service industry while living in New Zealand and the Cook Islands, soon after running into a college friend who worked in real estate.
Huls’ teammate, Main, fell in love with Chicago and became interested in its housing market while serving as a civil rights investigator and working on the HUD Housing Discrimination Study, which included the Chicago region. “My clients appreciate my advocacy for them, passion for finding the best deal and staying on top of the process,” she says. Their newest teammate, Mayer, left a career in the sale of wine and spirits in 2019 to join his sister, Anna Huls, in real estate. He appreciates having an experienced team with which to share ideas and problem-solve issues. “Teamwork makes the dream work,” he says. “I’m very easygoing and accommodating. I try my best to work within my clients’ timeframe and needs.”
The Huls Group was recognized for top production by @properties from 2013 to 2020 and was one of the company’s Road to Rolex winners in 2016.
