Mike Wolson, Broker

Baird & Warner

Throughout his four years in real estate, Mike Wolson has been making waves. Since switching over from a lucrative career in the recruiting field, Wolson has been able to use his unparalleled problem-solving and active listening skills to change his clients’ lives and businesses for the better.

A graduate of Michigan State and the DePaul University College of Law, Wolson began his career building a successful recruiting firm, where he both assisted businesses in the hunt for talented executives and helped individuals find growth opportunities. “To be successful in the recruiting world, you need to have an ability to truly listen to people, understand their needs and motivations, overcome objections, negotiate, research extensively, and market in creative ways,” he says. After becoming a licensed attorney, Wolson eventually made the move to real estate because he knew the profession would combine the skills he learned in recruiting and law school while also allowing him the flexibility to be there for his family. Today, those skills contribute to Wolson’s strides as a broker with Baird & Warner serving Chicago’s western suburbs in residential and commercial sales.

With the ability to view a situation from multiple angles, Wolson offers clients intel that greatly benefits them. By anticipating roadblocks that others may miss, he ultimately takes the stress of tricky transactions off his clients’ shoulders. He builds genuine connections with all types of clients, and when working with Wolson, clients know they’ve found a broker they can trust.

Wolson’s accolades began when he earned a Baird & Warner Rookie of the Year award in 2016. Since then, he has earned President’s Club status in 2017, along with Founder’s Club status in 2018 and 2019. This year, Wolson is among the top 1% of agents in multiple markets. Yet to him, success is about far more than just the numbers. “The greatest and most meaningful professional accomplishment to me is that I am in a position where I can help others,” he says.
