Bobart serves as a founding member of and enrichment director for the Guaranteed Rate Organization of Women, which helps ignite change in the company and industry by engaging in mentorship opportunities and giving women additional tools to flourish personally and professionally.

Outside the workplace, Bobart invests her personal time in serving abuse victims in a women’s jail ministry and sits on the board of the Stepping Stones Network, an organization that advocates against and educates people on human trafficking.
