Cindi Sodolski, President of the Cindi Sodolski Group

Compass

Falling in love with real estate after building a new home, Cindi Sodolski found a way to incorporate her passion for her community into her work life. A resident of Chicago since 1989, Sodolski, the president of the Cindi Sodolski Group at Compass, serves clients within the city markets and through the North Side, supporting everyone from luxury and first-time homebuyers to sellers, developers and investors. “I’ve lived all over the city, and my four children, which include a set of triplets, have attended both Chicago Public Schools and selective enrollment high schools, so I can give advice based on personal experience in addition to professional knowledge,” she says.

The former owner of a diagnostic ultrasound, cardiology and vascular staffing and training business, Sodolski was a sought-after expert in the field. “Much like in real estate, owning a business entails negotiating sales processes, engaging prospective clients, marketing, staying organized and being patient,” she says.

Known for forging trust-based relationships and providing individualized attention, Sodolski helps her clients see the big picture while working to satisfy their immediate goals. “I am process driven and try to make the transaction as enjoyable as possible,” she says. “This is one of the most important decisions in life, and it should be fun!”

Sodolski has ranked among the Chicago Association of Realtors’ top 1% of producers since 2013 and received the organization’s silver and gold awards for volume sold. She has also earned the association’s bronze award for units sold and has been featured in Chicago magazine as a Five Star Real Estate Agent based on client satisfaction every year since 2016.

Sodolski is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Realtors, Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce, Northcenter Chamber of Commerce, Roscoe Village Neighbors and Northcenter Neighborhood Association. She also supports a variety of organizations, including the Special Olympics, Autism Speaks and Common Pantry.
