With over 17 years of industry experience, Allen serves first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers and sellers, and renters and relocation clients in neighborhoods all over the city. As a longtime Chicago resident with a background in corporate sales, consulting and technology, she comes equipped with an analytical mind, a talent for negotiation, and a love for the city and the people who call it home.

Throughout her career, Allen has adapted to changing markets, implementing new mechanisms to enhance and streamline her process and creating a network of seasoned professionals to whom she can refer her clients. “I am proud that my business continues to thrive on referrals,” she says. “My past and current clients are my best sources of new business.”

Allen is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and has the National Association of Realtors’ Green designation. Additionally, she sits on the board of her condo building in the South Loop.

Outside of work, Allen enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She is a passionate sports fan and the aunt of a track-and-field Olympian. She is also an avid animal lover and supports the ASPCA as well as other local nonprofit animal rescue groups.
