Ryan Casper doesn’t sit around and wait for things to happen. Instead, Casper, a broker with d’aprile Properties, takes advantage of every opportunity to seek out new clients and form lasting relationships. “I use an 18-point listing plan of action and spend three to four hours on the phone every day looking for buyers for my listings,” he says. Working with sellers — many of whom are long-time investors who are liquidating their assets — Casper specializes in the Chicago market and has been consistently been cited as a Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer since 2013.
Coming to real estate from the food service industry, where he worked in sales and production for the family business, Casper is adept at handling customer relations and managing a team, as well as creating strategies for growth and staying organized. He is dedicated to personal and career development, and through attending seminars and his coaching by the Mike Ferry Organization, Casper has honed his ability to communicate with clients effectively. “Most agents have a fear of talking to people simply because they don’t know what to say,” he says. “I’m willing to tell clients what they need to hear to get the job done.”
Because Casper has been in real estate for 10 years, he’s eager to pass on his knowledge to new agents. Over the past year, he mentored several people who were then able to leave their previous jobs and transition to real estate full time. In 2017, he also achieved everything that was included on his annual business plan.
As an avid snowboarder himself, Casper loves supporting Adaptive Adventures, an organization that offers people with physical disabilities the opportunity to participate in activities like skiing, snowboarding, kayaking and biking.
