RE/MAX Vision
Natalie Renna is one of the Chicago Association of Realtors’ Top Producers of 2017, and after just two and a half years in the industry, she has proven to be a valuable asset to RE/MAX Vision. Working with buyers, sellers and investors within the city of Chicago, Renna believes in catering to clients at every price point. “While it’s great to have high-end buyers, it’s equally fulfilling to help clients at the very beginning of their real estate journey,” she says.
Last year, Renna achieved $12 million in sales, proving that through determination and well-honed people skills, it’s possible to accomplish tremendous growth during the early stages of a real estate career. “My clients come first for absolutely everything,” she says. “I get my clients into showings based on their schedule no matter what. I could be out to brunch on a Sunday, and if I get a last minute call to see a property, I pay the bill and leave immediately.” With many first-time buyers seeking out her services, Renna is adept at explaining the process and easing the minds of worried customers. “Being able to respond quickly to their concerns really calms them,” she says.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Renna worked as a pharmaceutical sales rep, honing her talent for developing lasting connections and maintaining a positive energy in every situation before translating her skills into her dream career at RE/MAX in 2015. She’s since been a recipient of the RE/MAX Rising Star award and was nominated for Chicago Agent magazine’s Rookie of the Year.
“I have a great crew working with me that I would trust with my life,” she says of her team. “They are kind, caring, efficient, smart and just get it. These are the people that I want helping me and am so grateful that I have them by my side.”
Known for her creative and extensive marketing techniques, Renna excels at harnessing the power of cultural influencers and social media, as well as creating targeted open-house events fit to attract the ideal buyer.
As an innovative thinker, Renna prioritizes daily cryotherapy sessions and occasional short vacations in order to revitalize her mind and come to the office raring to go. She also follows other top real estate professionals for inspiration. “I can study this all day and night,” she says. “It helps me to get fresh ideas and is extremely motivating.”
