Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty
Nancy McAdam, vice president of sales for Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, is a consummate professional and has a client base built on referrals to prove it. With insightful market knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods and suburbs, she has helped buyers and sellers find the properties that fit their needs and embody their real estate dreams. McAdam currently works with many sellers from the Heritage at Millennium Park, and in 2017, she reached a new record in total volume of sales.
“I had a goal of selling and closing every property that I had listed last year, and through perseverance and the Sotheby’s marketing tools, it came to pass,” she says, adding that the brokerage’s advertising services and training programs are fundamental to her ongoing success.
Prior to joining the real estate industry 15 years ago, McAdam worked in management consulting, a career that she says has helped her tremendously in her role as a broker. “My background taught me the benefit of drawing on my company’s and other people’s expertise to produce the best strategy and product for my clients.”
McAdam has consistently ranked among Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producers and Jameson Sotheby’s Top Producers (2012–2017). She was also listed among Crain’s Most Influential Residential Real Estate Brokers for 2018. She volunteers as the Outreach Coordinator for Victory Ministries Church and loves traveling around the world — especially Europe and Asia — and exploring Chicago. “I enjoy what I do,” she says of both her professional and personal life.
