Real estate is a family business for sister-in-laws Kaylin Goldstein and Stefanie Campbell. Campbell’s mom suggested she make a career change to real estate, and Goldstein thought it was a great idea. Thus, an award-winning team was born. The two have 13 years of combined experience in the industry and both offer dynamic expertise in their specialty markets. “Our No. 1 goal is to ensure our clients have the best experience possible and to navigate them seamlessly through the real estate process,” Goldstein says.
From 2013 to 2017, the team has been recognized as Top Producers by both the Chicago Association of Realtors and @properties, and have been among @properties’ Top 100 Agents.
“It’s incredibly rewarding to make our clients happy,” they say. “This is such an important purchase in their lives, oftentimes where some of their most precious memories will be created.”
Goldstein has worked in the industry since 2008, her first job out of college, while Campbell first worked as a client and brand manager at her family’s marketing and advertising agency. “I’m grateful for the lessons I learned — years worth of negotiating with many different types of people, the client relationship aspect, the branding and marketing, and how it’s helped me succeed in a career I’m much more passionate about, real estate,” Campbell says.
The team works with first-time and move-up buyers, sellers, developers and investors throughout the city, North Shore, as well as the west and southwest suburbs. “Our biggest accomplishment in 2017 was watching our team grow and reaching over $30 million in sales for the year,” they say, noting that adding developers to their client roster has also been a big achievement. In the past year, they rehabbed two properties, one rental and one primary, and are excited to share what they learned with clients.
“Buyers may walk into a home and not see the potential it really has,” Campbell says. “It’s amazing what paint alone can do to transform a property. Once you start describing all the changes that can be made to a buyer, their eyes light up and they can begin to visualize the beautiful possibilities.”
They pride themselves on being straightforward with clients, quick to let them know whether a property is a good value and investment. “We treat each client like they are our only client and top priority,” they say. The two have built their business on referrals from devoted clients over the years and enjoy helping repeat clients transition into the next phase of their lives.
Active in the community, the duo supports the American Cancer Society and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
