What I like most about real estate is the variety of business I’ve been privileged to work on over the last 25 years. The best thing I’ve learned is two-fold: never accept mediocrity and always find a way to work on different or difficult projects. Early on, I purposely took on difficult clients and properties in order to always learn and succeed at something new. I’ve been fortunate to work on land development, commercial and homes, and have held many different career positions, too, such as ownership, franchise sales, management, education and relocation.
