Main Street Organization of Realtors (MORe) has teamed up with Healthy People Grant to assist in creating a healthier Chicagoland area. Their goal is to help expand awareness of behavioral and lifestyle risk factors and what their effects can be health screenings, health improvement programming and educational seminars.
MORe will be providing a Health Risk Assessment that will help determine behavioral and lifestyle risk factors. This could include nutrition, sedentary lifestyle, excess stress, relationship struggles and financial or legal issues.
MORe will also provide precautionary health screenings for cancer, heart disease and stroke risks. After the screening, attendees will have a one-on-one Health Risk Review with a corporate health coach to go over the results. The organization will then give guests a “health report card.”
After the review attendants will have the opportunity to make an appointment with a health coach who can create a personalized 90-day health improvement plan using SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely) goals.
The event is Thursday March 31 at 1815 W. Diehl Road, Suite 300 in Naperville. MORe will also be holding the same event April 1 in Downers Grove and April 7 in Tinley Park.
