The North Shore-Barrington Association of REALTORS® on Oct. 14 hosted The AI Advantage with NSBAR at its headquarters in Northbrook.
The event focused on how AI is changing the way Realtors communicate, market and manage transactions — and where it’s headed next. Expert speakers included National Association of REALTORS® Director of Innovation Strategy Dan Weisman, Stephens Group Founder and team leader Chris Stephens, NSBAR President and Qamar Group Founder Rafay Qamar and real estate coach Marki Lemons Ryhal.
The discussion covered everything from predictive analytics and smart CRMs to automation in client outreach and emphasized that technology should enhance relationships, not replace them, NSBAR noted.
