The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) DuPage County Chapter held its 2025 installation ceremony on Nov. 1, in honor of Dia de Los Muertos. With that theme, the event honored the lives of those who have passed while reflecting on history and culture.
Jose Macias, a senior loan officer and mortgage specialist with Rate, was inducted as chapter president. Macias has 18 years of mortgage experience and is licensed in several states. He is a is a Certified NAHREP 10 Trainer, a Rate President’s Club member and a coach with the Hispanic Wealth Project. He specializes in helping first-time homebuyers.
With his ascension, Leticia Herrera became past president. The rest of the 2025 board includes Jason Gatz as vice president, Nancy Pina as treasurer, Brittany Sanchez as secretary, Juan Pablo Allende as membership director, Cynthia Beltran and Elizabeth Cotonieto as events co-directors, Joey Diaz as marketing director, Leopoldo Gutierrez as parliamentarian and marketing director, Luis Guzman and Emmanuel Nevarez as education co-directors, Rafael Villagomez as government affairs director and Lynette Mock as sponsorship director.
