On Oct. 10, Kale Realty held The Future of Real Estate Is Now summit at A & N Mortgage’s She Shed. The event brought Kale agents, leadership members, partners, industry speakers and vendors together for a day of discussion.
Vendors included inspection service companies, attorneys, home-staging experts, home-warranty providers, appraisers and continuing education course representatives.
Session themes included “Breaking Barriers in Real Estate: Honoring Diversity and Inclusion,” “Unlocking Affordability: Guiding Buyers in the Post-NAR Settlement Market” and “From Dreams to Reality: ChatGPT and the Future of AI-Powered Real Estate.”
