Twenty of Chicago’s top brokers were invited to Lunch in the Garden at the home of one of BGD&C’s clients in Lincoln Park. Brokers enjoyed rosé and food by Classy Cut Catering while witnessing a panel discussion titled, “How to Build a Custom Home.” Panelists included: Rodger Owen, BGD&C; Melissa Benham, Studio Gild; and Scott Byron, Scott Byron & Co. The moderator was Jan Parr of Crain’s Chicago Business. Following the luncheon, brokers were given private tours of the first floor.
