Describe your look: Preppy and urban.

What do you consider a “fashion don’t”? Clothes that are too loose, too tight or untailored.

What is your favorite piece of clothing and why? My vests! You can never have too many vests. They tie an outfit together and make it look fitted no matter the season.

What do you consider a must-have accessory?  A good piece of bling, whether on a guy or a girl, or something that grabs the eye. I love cufflinks and watches.

What is a fashion crime you have committed in the past?  Trying to wear things from a previous weight (both up and down)…not a good look.

Where are your favorite places to shop?  Anything on Michigan Avenue. I like to pair a ready-to-wear, inexpensive suit (Express, Banana Republic or Kenneth Cole) with a
high-end tie from Gucci or Ferragamo.

What, besides your wardrobe, completes your look?  My tan!  A tan makes any outfit look better. I am a spray-tan addict, sometimes with mixed results, but it’s healthier than the sun for sure.
