Edward R. James Companies broke ground for its newest development, Westgate at The Glen, on Tuesday May, 20th. Located at the corner of West Lake Ave. and Shermer Rd., this will be the last community to be developed on the former site of the Glenview Naval Air Station. Westgate will be a 29-acre community providing 171 new single-family rowhomes and townhomes. This will be the last opportunity for homebuyers to purchase new residences at The Glen.
Went to the Sat event open to the public. Wanting a row home. Was so confusing. Was told to pull a number didn’t matter what number you got they were going to do a lottery.
Misinformed already. I received a low number went to my appt. was told I never confirmed my appt. I had the email and printed it out that they sent me and it did not say to confirm. The sales person was awful from the start. Had a bad attitude towards me. I had 4 choices that I would of wanted for location all taken. Which then I had to consider ones I really never even thought about-meaning more money. Which was okay but the next apt people showed up 15 minutes early and therefor my sales person wanted to get rid of me. After being treated so poorly I made the decision not to purchase anything from them.
