Peter Andreotti, vice president and area sales manager of the mortgage division of Fifth Third Bank, makes success look like it comes easy. He regularly connects with top producers in retail, commercial, investment, securities and private banks, and is leading Fifth Third’s mortgage business in the downtown market. In fact, it’s the highest volume region nationally.
But, Andreotti says, Fifth Third’s culture is just as responsible for his success.

Andreotti enjoys the variety of work the industry offers, overcoming new challenges every day and the unlimited opportunity for growth. He is driven by the relationship aspect of the business and everything involved in it – from networking, referrals and recruiting, to alignment with various business partners.
Outside of his career, Andreotti counts athletics among his passions, specifically golf, but adds that he has integrated all he has learned from sports into his career and other aspects of his life.
“I believe so many of the traits learned in sports are valuable to one’s life – discipline, commitment, setting goals, integrity and working as a team,” he says.
