Jill Clark of RE/MAX Professionals Select is a perfectionist. Her consistent attention to detail, impeccable customer service, innovative marketing and tasteful staging make her a success with clients.
“Not all properties start out perfect, therefore, I work with the owners of those properties and turn them into the perfect home to present to potential buyers,” Clark says. “Spending time before the home hits the market and then teaching the homeowners how to properly present the home is imperative.”
Clark, the No. 1 RE/MAX agent in Naperville in 2011 and the No. 8 RE/MAX agent for all of Northern Illinois in the same year, stays in constant communication with her clients, and has full knowledge of the greater trends in real estate.
“There are so many different aspects of this entrepreneurial business,” she says. “Challenging myself to come up with a different and unique marketing approach for a new listing or polishing the listing presentations can be very rewarding.” In fact, she has sold five homes in the past two months by using this approach: if her clients find a home they want that isn’t listed, Clark contacts the owners and tells them she has a buyer for their property.
When she’s not selling real estate, Clark’s biggest focus is her family, and she has a number of exciting projects she is looking forward to, chief among them tear-down-ready properties in Naperville, finding a buyer for Michael Jordan’s Highland Park residence and, in her most ambitious move yet, meeting with company owners to better define how the concept of real estate will evolve in the coming years.
