Craig Sparling is constantly looking for new ways agents can give their business a competitive edge. As the product manager at Leap Real Estate Systems (LeapRE), a company that provides online data and communication tools for agents and brokerages, he helps make a positive change in the real estate landscape by providing innovative solutions to agents.
Sparling’s business degree and relationships with agents and brokers, along with an in-depth knowledge of how data and technology can be used together, are essential for overcoming the ever-present challenge of dealing with the ever-changing market.
“This is a fascinating industry that is going through some major changes,” he says. “I’m deeply interested in the variety of agents I meet, and I enjoy approaching the challenges in the real estate market with them. My absolute favorite part of my career is creating solutions that genuinely help agents help their clients and grow their business.”
Sparling is excited about LeapRE’s expansion into other markets – most recently, Houston – where the company is poised to provide its innovative suite of tools to a new community of agents. A tool he is particularly proud of is Leap Pricing, a powerful data visualization solution that helps agents communicate with their sellers the correct price for their listing, given the market conditions. Leap Pricing was selected from hundreds of candidates to be presented during Inman News’ Demo Day.
With this recent pricing solution, Sparling says his goal is to expand on its technologies and abilities to ensure it will help agents better serve their clients. “Helping to shape real estate agents’ set of tools for the future is a big goal, but in a time of change there is always opportunity,” he says.
