Tom Bojarski is an accomplished mortgage banking professional and manager with an impressive background in finance and real estate: he was listed twice on Mortgage Originator magazine’s top 200 list of loan originators in the United States; has closed around $800 million in personal production within the past 14 years; and he is a conventional and FHA financing expert in Chicagoland with credentials in management and construction. Bojarski has a diverse background within the mortgage industry, which led to the volumes of experience he has gained as a mortgage branch manager (he is the former vice president of National City Mortgage and a former producing manager and product committee chairman at MidAmerica Bank), Realtor, tax accountant and loan officer. “I was always interested in finance and banking, and my real estate and accounting background gave me a good foundation,” says Bojarski about how he got started in the industry. Mortgage Services Ill (MSI) is a full service mortgage lender that specializes in a number of different loan programs. Bojarski started with MSI in September 2010 and was attracted to the company’s local processing, underwriting and great rates, and that MSI provides expertise in all facets of the mortgage industry from a well-trained staff that has a lot of knowledge and experience. In addition, he recently graduated from an MBA primer course at DePaul University and is preparing for admission to a graduate school. In the years to come, Bojarski plans on partnering with top Realtors to help them sell their listings through tools like Rate Plug, and provide competitive financing options to buyers.
